The only holiday I ever remember.

my sole remaining "job" is annual halloween decoration creation for a local party planner. and i do love it. at my house, it is halloween every day.
this year it's greek mythology and in addition to my normal reading i am re-reading edith hamilton and robert graves. i anticipate a ten foot skeletal cyclops, a minotaur and a medusa, but i really need to get my winged sandals on...

i did decorate for "christmas"... i made a life size, partially 3d, figure of tannenbonga on the front of the house. tannenbonga is a chrsitmas tree version of tabonga, the walking tree from the 1957 film, from hell it came. with some decoration, it formed a unique christmas tree.
